Hmm I have my flanger needs covered in an ibanez sound tank flanger and a digitech pds 2000 chorus/flanger but thanks! I've slowly turned to the dark side and love the slow flange. Thanks for the offer though.

Re: Best cheap/ under appreciated pedals
boy I hope so
I had one of these
no clue where it ended up
sometimes I throw in cheap pedals on trades just for fun
I have no flange now, but soon that all will change
Think it will find a home on my feedback loop board

I tend to notice this too, but usually only on the square wave mode. Do you notice it all the time?

I second this. I got mine for $30 about ten years ago. It is amazing with synths, and people seem to always be impressed with the crazy noises it can create for guitar. I really got to flex its muscles

I was reading this post, and I was thinking "Man, my friend Alex really likes that pedal too" and then I looked at who was posting.

Re: Best cheap/ under appreciated pedals
love my de7, but I want another one to do some noiserock/feedback experimentation with, and they aren't as easy to come by in Australia as they once were. anyone got any suggestions for another cheap pedal that does the same sort of infinite echo that this one does?

GGG's Maestro Brassmaster clone.
Either that or Boss DS-1. It's dirt cheap, but you can mod the absolute hell out of it and make it whatever you want.

the mid-00s Marshall stompboxes are underrated AND available for stupid cheap prices. i miss my pair of Guv'nor 2s. the Made in India ones are different to the MIC ones; the Indian boxes are smoother, and the Chinese have a nice trebly trashazoid quality.

Re: Best cheap/ under appreciated pedals
So I finally got to play on the IdiotBox stuff. Easily the best cheap pedals I've played on. The sound and versatility rival pedals twice the price. If I'm looking at budget stuff that sounds great, that's where I'd head.
