I hate that Endless Nameless is like 10 minutes or so after Something in the Way on Nirvana's Nevermind Album. Sometimes I'll be driving in my car to ten minutes of silence not realizing the music stopped. Then all of a sudden Endless Nameless comes on full blast and scares me half to death.

I mean what the fuck, Nirvana. Couldn't you just leave a one minute of silence so I don't have to wait forever or get scared out of my mind by Endless nameless. And I can't focus on fast forwarding while I'm driving, thats just as dangerous as texting while driving....right?

Yeah.

Lulz! Exactly! Those where the days when ALLLLL the cool albums had "secret" tracks...

That reminds me of another thing I don't hate - have youz guys heard the Goodier mix of "Something in the Way?"

That was one of those "the things" at the time... I have a bunch of CDs from that era that are like that... Seputura's Chaos AD does that with weird laughing... Tad's infrared riding hood does this with bassy feedback.. Ministry's Darker side of the spoon is the most evil example where they have all these blank tracks at the end of the CD that are a few seconds and then there is this girls singing this silly song over a telephone.... which means you can't put the CD in shuffles

There's bunches of Beck cds that have "bonus noise" tracks after silence at the end.

Tool's "This is Necessary" at the end of Undertow, which has a secondary secret track which is a fucked up story about waking up in a ditch.

On the shuffle note, it reminds me of an album from Tree (Boston hardcore) who's last track is the entire album played again. It's called "the Jukebox mix." :thumb:

I hate people that explain the meanings behind songs for minutes before playing a song (including the guitar player/singer in my band).
I hate the shitty folk singers that play before punk bands.
I hate crust punks.
I hate people that ask why I have so many pedals.
I hate people that tell me "all you really need is a 100W combo for bass and a 15-30W tube combo for guitar".
I hate 70's Pink Floyd.
I hate the Beatles.
I hate people that don't show up to practice.
I hate Hinder. I don't even know why.
I hate people that don't know who Fugazi is, yet form "post-hardcore" bands.
I hate modern hardcore.
I hate the 70's radio station that plays at my pizza place.
Music has been on a steady downhill spiral since Sabbath's Vol. 4.
And, yes, that includes anything I've ever done.

I like the suprise more, but then again Endless Nameless is the best Nirvana song imo.

I was playing a show with my band Star Commander, and Christian just haults any energy we had going to explain that the next song was a song about "religion, and the lies told to a younger generation without them wanting to...." and then, nobody could hear him because I turned on a Destructo Noctavia, and drowned him out with ear-shredding feedback. I'm in your band, and I don't wanna hear your bullshit.
