Whats up with it is they put in place a completely non-understandable process with loopholes so that they can tax you for anything and everything and provide you no way out of it. It ain't a commonWEALTH unless everyone pitches in on the state governments "wealth".
Commonwealth is a traditional English term for a political community founded for the common good. Historically, it has sometimes been synonymous with "republic".
Yet we are historically known for being one of the lowest paying states to people on welfare, unemployment and disability. As well as having historically some of the highest tax rates (behind NY and CA). They attempt to balance this out with redoing our roads every couple of years and living in a perpetual state of road "improvement" yet everytime they finish a project they find it was underbuilt for the population growth and ending up starting even more projects to compensate. Its a never ending cycle used to mask the unecessarily high tax rates. 40% of my mortgage payment goes to escrow for paying my personal property tax on the house every year

Oh and were a right to work state, which means they can fire you without warning and make it effective immediately, luckily the same goes for quitting, but if you quit you can't file for unemployment. I need to just stop or I'm gonna end up typing a 12 page rant..... Its been that kinda day....

Broke my delay D: it crackled and made nifty noises when I plugged my onespot into it, then it just went silent....no light no sound when engaged. It was only a cheap delta labs but I loved it so, and I don't think they make them anymore. Maybe I'll open it up and take a look. This Is such a mundane thing, but it really harshes my mellow when a pedal dies.

Reposting because I was just hoping for a surrious answer, also I need a new main power switch because mine pooped out (mechanically) so I just bypassed it.
Like how much is the average amp tech rate?

It can suck pretty bad but there are some good points to it, our roads are really nice and we have alot of really cool parks and historical landmarks. It's just the governmental processes that are ridiculous....

I concur, atleast down where you are not every house in a neighborhood looks the same. In my area you get fined by the HOA if your house looks different.... or if your doghouse isn't exactly painted to match your house, of an approved design, and placed in your yard in an area designated by your HOA committee... Sometimes I feel like a freaking sheep.

That sucks man. Apartments are a bitch here. My place in Roslindale will be open as of May 1 if you're interested. Rent is $1,200 / month (utilities included, on street parking no permit required).

if it was just me, I'd consider it. Unfortunately I've got to juggle another person and enough space for an office and a living space. Which is why this place would've been such a good fit.
If I can't rock all of that together in one package, I'll just stay in Vermont and essentially telecommute. Which is fine.

Ah sucks. Yeah, this place is really good for 1 person, but it's not enough for more. Hope you find a place.

Why do women think its acceptable to just show up, fuck with your head to no end, attempt to destroy all your relationships with others, and just disappear and return to normal like nothing happened while youre left feeling like a total piece of shit about everything. God fucking damnit.
