Yes.

But it's a good idea to have a camera or cellphone camera at hand... then you can take visual notes.

Story of my CT5 life. You can always take pictures though. The only thing you'll have to do is toggle your way to the correct quantization mode. :joy:

I will be using mine for about 50% of the upcoming iRerror gig. It's a short show (only 20 min), so we decided to just do a long improv session. First part of the show will be drones and the other half I'm doing drum machine+ct5 on the tabletop and bass through my pedalboard. Should be fun! Drum machine into CT5 is the best! I'll post a clip if we don't mess it up completely.

Yes! I recently threw a pigtronix ep2 after my ct5 and it changed everything. I'm usually shifting down with the ct5, and the ep2 just tightens everything up so nicely. Plus the ct5 feedback plus ep2 resonance can get massive. :!!!:

I was thinking more along the lines of My So-Called Life, but with pedals. :idk:

That sounds much more pleasant.

Until one of the characters graduates high school, develops symptoms on the autism spectrum and
joins the FBI counter-terrorism unit. With a brief, but ill-starred love affair with Leonardo DiCapro
somewhere in between.

I forgot I had a show last night and I had been using the ct5 as my only delay to get to know it better and so rather than rework y board I just used it at the show haha

Used it as a medium length regular delay, octave up reverse delay, and an octave down pitch shifter. Then at the end of the set I reached down and switched to mode 3 and looped two notes real quick an just started going nuts with all the direction knobs. It was fun.

And it worked extremely well in the band mix. Really proved the usefulness of the pedal as a more "normal" musical tool. I look forward to actually bringing it to band practice to find more uses haha

I tried out what Scott has called a "normalish delay" setting for the CT5.
It totally is. For those curious.....

In Mode 1 I set the dials to:
Dir1.....2-3 o'clock
LenB....Max CW
FBK......1-2 o'Clock

Switching the pedal into Transcendence Mode (green LED lit) while in this above setting
and then switching to Mode 2 or Mode 3 caused some crazed runaway oscilation-type
craziness to happen (I think that's the technical term that describes it).
:!!!:

After setting knobs above and "transcending" over to other modes the depressing of the
soft switch seemed to capture just a short section and again... runaway repeats (sounds good
and mucho crazed).

If ever you find your pedal running away with too much runaway repeats it's good to always
remember that a quick double-tap of the soft switch clears the audio from the buffer and lets
you start to build a new crazed layer-cake of crazy from a clean slate (taste like layer-slate-cake).

Good sounds sound good.

Making it mine. Had the big top knob on my v1 as well, as I found it easier and smoother when adjusting the mix. Transparent knobs with white marker lines was more an act of boredom than anything else. :joy:

I want to get mine a matte black enclosure with purple knobs. But I don't want to spend $120+ for something without a design.
