This is so true.
I hate that feeling.
I always put on shoes when I'm about to play guitar for that reason.

I'm very specific about my pedal stomping shoes. Vans off the wall FTW.

The quality of Vans has degraded so much through the years. I'm genuinely disappointed.

I don't know I still get a pretty good average use of them and haven't noticed any difference since somewhere in 2000 when I started wearing pretty much these only sneakers wise. Plus if you play smart and watch regularly, you can get them for like €40 or €50 on Amazon. Best I did was a pair of black authentic for 35 shipped and a pair of slip ons for 39 shipped - these are about 60 in shops over here.

Well I fished one pair of old TNTs for 20, they lasted me 5 years! The newer ones lasted me max 2 before falling apart.
It might be the difference cuz you're in France, and I'm from Croatia, usually we get lower quality merchandise like that.
Hmm, might keep an eye on Amazon now. Thanks for the tip.

Bro tip: the UK sellers on amazon often offer lower prices AND free shipping (at least to France) and that's how I get the best prices all the time.

Finished this EP-thingy I've been working on for a while. Will probably upload it tonight, maybe even create one of 'em fancy Bandcamp-accounts. Just need to decide whether "MK Ultra Space Program" is a cool, funny title, or if it's cheezy as fuck. :erm:

That's the thing, I dislike Muse. I don't want them to own the fabulous name of MK Ultra, though. But I guess it's hard not to link it with them, specially since my music is kinda proggy. I could just call it "Mind Control in Space - the Fantabolous Journey of Oscar the Abnormal Physicist Pilot Across The Galaxy and Into the Centre of the Sun Where He Meets His Destiny, Right?"... :idk:

Do aliens have minds?
WHATISTHISIDONTEVEN

Also, I'm pretty sure CIA owns MK Ultra

^ Nice.

Thinking it over now, the title that is. Finished mastering (if you can call what I do in Ableton mastering...), now I'm trying to make some kind of cover art. Just trying to make it seem as something more than just random tracks on the internet, more like a finished whole. Yeah. Anyway, feels good being done with it, regardless of how it sounds.

Edit: Went with "Mind Control Space Program", cuz it kinda sounds like an eighties anime.

RM-1N demo is finally done. Either my GF was sick, or the camera didn't work or I just straight up sucked at playing the guitar. Should be up in an hour or two. I hope you check it out! :)*
