I CUT IN FRONT OF YOU AT THE WAL-MART CHECKOUT SO I COULD GRAB SOME M&MS. I WAS WEARING KHAKI SHORTS AND ONLY HAD ONE SANDAL. MY SOCKS WERE DARK BLUE.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE FRIENDS OR MAYBE MORE, PLEASE RESPOND.

Parking crisis averted. She finally called me back and showed up to move her car five minutes before I had to leave. The landlord coincidentally showed up just before that and was not impressed with the lady upstairs.
So they hashed it out that I'm going to get the prime spot in the carport and she gets the crappier spot to the side. I'd been totally content to park in worse spot if she'd been reasonable, so really she screwed herself over.

I don't know if I have a cold or just allergies but I have not been able to breathe right all day. For over a week I've felt pretty lousy with respiratory/nasal problems. It was getting better and then got worse all of a sudden today.

Blacked out Friday night. Spent Saturday trying not to move. Spent Sunday trying not to move because I was still a little hungover.
Now it's Monday.
Fuck.
Also, I have to work 3-8 tonight, but the bus doesn't come through after my shift until 11:15, so I'm going to have to spend 3 hours sitting around unless I can get a ride home :\

people in apartments are so weird. the renters are so weird.
last place my grrL and i lived in before we moved to the house we're in now, renter guy always seemed really nice. a little slow on repairs, but he did them. we paid extra each month for a storage yarea and a parking spot.
when we moved out after living there 4 years landlord guy hit me with a bill for the $25 a month we were paying, and had paid, for our storage space. $1200.
i took him to renter's court (Berkeley does NOT like protecting owners and landlords), was so pissed at his shadiness that i let them rape him. i did not know, but APPARENTLY not only (at least in CA) there's a restriction on how much rent can be raised in a year, there must be written notification a month prior, when you give a deposit they have to pay you the interest accrued and there's a rate set by the state government.
since he never gave us written notice they made him refund any increases over the 4 years and the interest he never paid and all the deposit.
we would have been fine with getting half our deposit back, but because he tried to dick hand us so bad he ended ip paying us about $4000. fucker.

JESUS FUCK. Y U SO INCOMPETENT SCHOOL OFFICE PEOPLE?
I finished one major like a year ago and can't graduate until next semester because my school has a stupid credit requirement. So I'm going for a second degree.
The person who handles state financial aid at my school is like "yeah, you can't get the $1500 because state financial aid only covers second degrees if 12 credits that semester are going towards the first." Meanwhile the website for state aid has a whole fucking page that says "If you enroll for a second undergraduate degree and have not yet used up your four years of undergraduate TAP, you are eligible for additional award payments."
EAT A DIIICCCCKKKKK
