The whole burning out thing is so true. All the classes I took were interesting, I just didn't feel like putting in the effort if I didn't really know where it was going. I told myself I would have my transfer work done by the end of April so I could start my fourth year in the fall. I haven't even started it.

People at work think I'm high as shit while doing my job because when I get some momentum going, I bust out the smooth-ass movements. I plant one foot and slide into position instead of simply turning and walking a few steps...so chain together a few of those and it's like goddamn ballet in the kitchen. I bounce around and stuff. Or slightly move to a song stuck in my head. It doesn't feel like I'm obviously moving unnaturally but I guess it looks like it. I'll spin one one foot and kick a drawer shut, then keep moving.

I haven't smoked weed in a long long time...but it keeps getting brought up.

People think you're smoking weed because you're moving quickly with abnormally deft coordination? Do they even know what weed is?

I'm listening to Om(Pilgrimage specifically) for the first time and my first impression was, "Woah, Pink Floyd, much? lol" Then I realized how used to hearing the emphasis on the backbeat I really am.

I've never once seen a single thing in common between Om's Pilgrimage and Pink Floyd, probably due to Om being a good band.

I'm just quoting this one because it was the most recent post on the topic, but I never really felt like Mass Comm was the major for people who wanted to slack off..
Well, I take that back..yes it can be, if you never pick a concentration and just cruise through with the bare minimum of effort.

But i had a concentration in Audio Technology, and it was ALOT of work/effort...no slacking off possible there, let me tell ya :erm:

But I got my degree and will be hopefully putting it to good use in a few weeks :thumb: more details to come.

You were saying? :p

Pink Floyd are like potatoes, they're fundamental and every incarnation of them is amazing.

I really like potatoes. Except potato salad. That's like if Kanye West sampled them.

In my dream last night, I was walking around some city and came upon a street with four arcades on it.

It was glorious...

my mom left for vegas today and i just dropped my brother off at camp.

so i have the house to myself for the rest of the week. in an act of sheer rebellion, i pulled the car in the middle of the driveway. then i came in the house and took off my pants and DRANK JUICE STRAIGHT FROM THE BOTTLE DUN DUN DUN

i'm so crazy. i can't be tamed.
