debug/finish the Fatboost Finish the rose SSStampede
Depending on if parts come in, I'd like to finish up the SHO + COT too so that when I meet up with Brandon on Saturday I can deliver everything to him.
Here's the master list:
Fatboost COT + SHO Rose SSStampede Etched SSStampede BILF2014 SSStampede DBRNR Telephone Rangemaster Soda Mieser footswitch repair
Lots on the plate, but if I can get the rose SSStamped and both the Fatboost and COT + SHO done tomorrow that'll be about half of the list right there.
So, quick thought. I'm having terrible nightmares of hitting that feedback loop footswitch on accident since my enclosure isn't all that big (that's what he said). Is it possible to make the effect bypass switch taller than the fb loop switch? So that there's maybe less chance of accidentally hitting the loop? I don't want to change the orientation of the box with the design the way it is, but even though I said I wasn't worried before about them being so close together, I'm second guessing myself now.
Of course I can do that! I'll be drilling everything tonight or tomorrow and I'll put the feedback footswitch as low as I can and the bypass footswitch as high as I can!

The first version didn't have a volume control, it had a decay control which just sent part of the circuit to ground and gave it a sort of 8 bit sound. But people said they would rather have control over volume than that control so I switched it around
Ah. Makes sense. That little fucker is LOUD. And its character changes so much depending on what else I use with it. Mini+Gloom=Destruction. The more I play with it, the more excited I am for for that SSStampede.
Btw, did Dan put your logo anywhere on there? It didn't look like it. If not, feel free to do something on one of the sides.
