GAHHH! I hate that as well. They should have a clause for extenuating circumstances under "assault and battery" for situations like this. I deal with it on a nightly basis at work and it sucks. HARD.

WHY THE FUCK IS PEDALTRAIN CHARGING 40 BUCKS FOR 3 PIECES OF BENT METAL. I could buy a DS-1 or an LPB-1 for that price.

Starting to get the sick which would suck less if I were employed because then I could have extra days off for recover. As it is this will be interfering with my off time.

Last night, I had a couple (who we've had problems with before; shit goes way back) come in. They ordered their food, got water cups, as usual and went out side. Well I saw the guy trying to be sneaky and get sprite instead of water, and let him go along his way. He came in and got more soda while the food was cooking. Well when his wife came in to get the food, I called them out:
"Here you go ma'am...and btw, please don't get soda if you didn't buy a drink."
Lady, "Huh?"
"The water cups, they're for water. Please don't steal soda in them."
She rolled her eyes and walked out with the same smug stink eye look she always has. These guys have a history of leaving a mess behind to spite me (amongst other things. We got into a little situation some months back). Apparently they didn't take to kindly too being asked not to steal because they completely demolished the table they were at. Thank goodness it was outside. That table was way messier than anything they'd left behind before. Napkins, foil, paper, half of a sandwich, all mixed and mashed into the table, the whole thing covered...and then a suicide of colas poured right on top. WTF!? I was in the middle of making an order and jumped over the counter as they rushed to their car. All I could get out was, "REALLY? Thanks guys!

I no longer will be serving them food for their theft and vandalism
