This is yet to be mastered, but first versions of mix which we will likely keep save for some adjustments to vocal levels.
Guitar Signal = R: Caparison TAT Warpig Bridge -> Verellen Meathammer -> Randall 4x12 w/4xDP12A -> Shure Beta 57/Sennheiser MD421/Condenser
L: Caparison TAT Warpig Bridge -> Marshall Drivemaster -> Verellen Meathammer -> Randall 4x12 w/4xDP12A -> Shure Beta 57/Sennheiser MD421/Condenser
Aux: BAT Pharaoh between Guitar and Amp added for extra hugeness in some parts(heard at 9:55 layered with both previous chains)
Boss DD3 used on clean intro.

That sounds awesome!
Is the Meathammer a 300-watt Skyhammer amplifier?

Wat?
YOB, etc. vocalist/guitarist Mike Scheidt, ex-Tad frontman/guitarist Tad Doyle and former Himsa guitarist Aaron Edge have united in a new outfit dubbed Lumbar. The band will release their debut outing “The First And Last Days Of Unwelcome” in November through Southern Lord.

I thought Tad Doyle was dead.
TAD is awesome. Mega-underappreciated Melvins contemporaries.

Still kicking pretty hard when I was hanging with Darren up in Seattle. Still legendary up there. His band Brothers of the Sonic Cloth did a split with Assface McGee's band, Mico De Noche and it fucking kills.

Yus.
Gratuitous Yob Gear Porn (celebrating one break up, one side project, one reunion, and roughly 6,500 tattoos) ahead:

Hometown show for YOB last night here in the EUG....slayed! Mike played the mammoth cabs and an early 70's V4. Still sounded like Mike, with incredible cut!

Alright dudes, keep me sane and possibly even married. That Matamp in the spam thread is tempting me. Should I hit it? I've been reading up on them and the only bad thing I have heard people say is that sometimes they overheat during lots of gigging or long practices. Soundwise though, all of the clips I have heard fucking rule and I think it would sound pretty nice running along side my Soldano. Is that price worth it or should I hold out for something else?

There was a bunch of that clearance stuff that ought to be similar for MUCH less. Even shipped, it should still come out well below. There was a modded GT120, and another 100W reverb amp of some kind for around $1000.

I saw the clearance .pdf but I figured shipping plus the conversion rate would put it around the same price.

I think they recorded this already. I don't know how much they will play live though. Aaron edge sold off a lot of his gear recently. He was diagnosed with ms, and can barely play without excruciating pain. Dude's been one of my favorite musicians for years. He's been in so many bands it's ridiculous

Given all the amps you love, I don't think it is a conky amp given the price
