Had a really good guitar session just now, haven't had one like that for while. First time I've used the tremolo on that guitar in over two years, lots of fun trying different/new things.

Additionally, plugged my pedalboard in to my bass and tried it through my bass amp for a laugh. It was a laugh, but it just didn't work for me musically. Except SD-1. For some reason that's reeeeeal nice with bass.

Happy because Canadian Thanksgiving is this weekend.

Hello turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed 'taters, all the deserts a man could want and beer.

My wife and I have been house hunting for a while now, and we think we've found the one! We're going to look at it again tomorrow and if we think it's all good we'll make an offer. The housing market in the Vancouver area is absolutely fucked, so it's exciting that we think we've found something awesome in our price range. Every other house we've looked at in the area we want has either been totally messed up, tiny, way out our price range, or a combination of all three. This house isn't perfect, it's on a busy street which isn't ideal, and it needs a bit of work, but we think it could be absolutely fantastic.

Bought a new Coffee Machine.

Fuuuuuuuuuuucking hell, the best Espresso that I have ever made. I went through half a bag of beans trying to tweak it though...

I'd love a decent coffee machine, they're so good! When I settle somewhere permanent that's one if the first things I'll buy.

Had a nice day today, chilled out, went for a run, took myself shopping and bought some natty threads, now I'm making leek and potato soup and drinking cider. Good Saturday.
