A pedal will only draw what it needs. Too much voltage is the killer.

It's super sweet scott, thank you
Yep as UC said the 250mA is a max it will put out, so as far as tehPP2+ goes the "line 6" type out puts are the ones you want to use. For example if the output was rated for only 100mA (as i think the other outputs are), it would not likely work so well with this pedal since it pulls ~130mA. However if you continue to have issues do shoot me an email and we will take care of it. I looked at the specs and PP2+ should be great for the ct5 using the line 6 outputs.
Glad you finally got your hands on it!

Wooorrddd. Thank you.
It compliments the Raster very well, they both do pitch shifting in different sounding ways, and both very musically.

If you can listen to it for hours, how about
letting us listen for a few fractions of that?
Pretty please?

Clips!
The new CT5 version is in the wild.
Let's get the scissors out. And the
hair clippers. And the roach clippers.
I'm all ears. Would love to hear how
people out in the wild choose to
slice and dice and entice the spice.
Shave and a haircut... (count to)
five bits.

I used my PP+ with a 100ma cord, no issues at all. But the PP+ does have two (I think it's only two) that have a higher ma on there. I've never had an issue. I played with mine for like 20 minutes. No issues at all.
I asked my kids if they wanted to hear this pedal. Normally they aren't interested in that stuff and are kind of jaded with me playing with stuff all the time. LOL. My ten year old said "that's the coolest pedal ever dad". I agree! Hahaha! Insane! I cannot believe what a variety of sounds are in this thing! I haven't even read any directions or anything and found killer stuff. The looper is nutso! I absolutely love it! I love the variety that each knob offers. So unique. I found a fat, sub octave tone yesterday. LOL. It was rattling my bass cabs like fucking crazy! I have two Mesa Powerhouse cabs, so that's pretty fucking impressive! I used my Modulus and the CT5 and I thought I was going to blow my walls apart. UGH! So good dude!
Well worth the wait!!! I'm sure I've got a lot to dive into, but seriously Scott, this thing is freaking amazing.

I'm going to try to record a few clips later. For now I have a few short videos in Instagram. Look for @westlentz

On of my favorite things is to record a loop on mode two without stretching it and th n continue playing the same riff over it, it's a great way to get your glitch on. Also, using it to make ascending sound effects in mode one, by using an expression pedal with a fully wet signal. You hit a chord when it's downpitch and then use the expression to bring it up to the full octave. It sounds fantastic.
I really want an 8step for it, so many possibilities.

Oh man that mode 2 idea is so good. Maybe I'll record a loop into mode 2 with no glitching happening, then loop that into my ditto. THEN start glitching out the ct5.
Also want to try mode 3 with 1 loop at a unison and the other 2 at slightly different degrees of detune. Hoping I can get a pseudo "piano phasing" kind of sound

My year+ with the ct5 has not gone wasted.
You have to line them up first before you can do that. Play a single note and then move the pots until they are in tune, then you can do the piano phasing thing. Altough it'll sound a bit off with the changes in tuning.

you can also try the *new* mode 2 deal.
bypass pedal.
hold down soft switch until led goes green.
engage pedal.
go to mode 2.
now if you hold down the soft switch and keep playing it will continuously record and glitch out while you keep the soft switch down. When you release it will jsut keep recycling whatever is recorded.
I don;t have the manual updated for the transcendence stuff yet but that is one thing you can try in mode 2. to get out of transcendence mode just bypass again, hold soft switch until led goes blue, release. engage again and you are in normal mode.

does it remain in whichever mode it was last used in when it's powered down? or does it always default to the same one (like it does with the quantize setting)?

Arrived!
It was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, but now my CT5 is finally here!
Can't wait until the end of the day so I can try out the *new* mode deals.
Hyper-multi-excite!!!
