Just watched a video of a man lose 400lbs, become a minor celebrity as a result and then put 250lbs back on and become dangerously overweight once more. Apparently people started attacking him verbally because he somehow failed them as an example of how much weight one can lose and how handsome and happy one can become if one puts the hard work in. Pieces of shit don't realise there is a psychology behind weight gain and overeating. I noticed this was discussed in the Doom Room, but I didn't want to get involved because I had very strong opposing views.
If you don't understand the psychology behind overeating, weight gain and weight loss, good luck being successful. If you're not happy, the chances are you'll fail.
