I live in a pretty wooded area... I have talked to one neighbor once and they like the music so all is good... and the quad-people on the other side don't really bother me either...

You, sir, are a lucky man.
The correct answer to my question above is "my neighbors".
The building I live in is over 100 years old. There's absolutely no insulation between my floor and their ceiling. Actually, my floor is their ceiling.
I'm moving soon though. Only problem with my new place is I don't think I'll be able to play guitar as loud as I do now.

THE PEOPLES INTERNET!!!!
(internet of the people)
your neighbors internet is awesome
dont forget
its free dammit
whats annoying is their passwords
local buisnesses stealing my internet
thats annoying me
he actually named the computer
"m____ne office"
and its online 24/7
im not sure how to confront the guy
he obviously figured out my wifi password somehow
its a high end antique furniture store
like $3000 dutch end tables from the 30s
and he sat there and cracked my password
he has a fully restored '69 plymouth roadrunner
that he parks out front my front door
on nice days
and hes stealing my $60 internet
so my neighbors are more annoying at the moment

Apparently it's pretty easy to get your password if you use WEP encryption. WPA2 is more secure. I'm not a computer guy, though. My roommate stole us some internet for a couple weeks before we got our own. So if you're using WEP encryption, change it to WPA2.

Also, using my girlfriend's phone as a wifi hotspot is about 12x faster than my cable internet.

I'm pretty sure my hard drive is dying. Near constant crashes and I/O errors when doing ANY file process :\

I've really only made music for an extended amount of time with two drummers. I spent most of my time with drummer #1 wishing that he played differently, but now I really miss the way he plays drums (dude basically hung up his sticks a few years ago).

that feel when BOTH of the boxes you were watching in B/S/T are gone when you log on after being offline for the weekend. AND you got up at 4AM to be somewhere on the other side of the metro area at 6.
