I mean, that's not really a punishment IMO. I'd be relieved. LOL

It occurs to me that I may do a write in for the Terminator.

A unified write in would be a great idea, you would need to amass a huge QTY of people to make a real difference.

My father in law plans to abstain from voting for either candidate if it is Trump v. Clinton
He will still vote but when you get to pick a president he will mark it as "abstained from voting"
I had never heard of this but I guess it's a real thing,

There is a pretty ubiquitous bumper sticker around these parts that looks like this:

I had never heard of this but I guess it's a real thing,
in 2012 I voted 3rd party cause I didnt want to vote for obama or mitt, another good alternative is writing in someone. abstained seems like a strange word for someone who bothered to show up to vote.

The whole process just seem dumb to me. There ought to be a better way.
agreed. the whole process is archaic and doesn't deal with the issues of the two party system very well at all. also its 2016, why the fuck can't people vote from their homes?

Voter fraud is stupid. Republicans are stupid.

Sure, many Democrats are corrupt and ineffective leaders, but at least they believe in science and aren't constantly gay bashing or pandering to racists.
