A ric is a ric and they can really only be treated and played like a ric. But yes with a shitty setup they just don't work because to set them up other then how they are suppose to fights against that thang. meaning they are odd quirky things.. why do you think the imagery of it works so well in FLCL? dat halp?

They haz tons of lows if you do take off the choke cap on the bridge tone and if you don't know yet the amount of distortion depends on how close the bridge pickup is to the strings... also you get this more with the older pickups then the new ones.. the new ones are really clean
