Did I mention that having the flu sucks? It's putting me behind on everything! I'm so fucking annoyed right now!! I felt fine two days ago and all of a sudden, while I was in the middle of my work day, it hit me like a fucking bag of bricks. Headaches, body pains, dizziness, ass explosions...no throwing up though...thank God. I was in bed all yesterday, barely moved. Not hungry, not feeling like doing anything. Today I wake up feeling a tiny bit better, but my fucking head feels like it's been ran over by an eighteen wheeler. I don't have time for this bullshit! I've got a huge project I'm working on, school, work...fuck! Sigh...nothing to be done.

On the bright side, I did get to watch some lame ass movies yesterday.

i have to work from 1-10 today, then as soon as i get off, i have to drive for four hours, fall asleep, wake up early, then drive for 8 hours. this wouldn't suck so much if i didn't have to work and be on my feet. i hit up everyone i work with and even though everyone's hours got cut after christmas no one wants my ENORMOUS MARATHON SHIFT.

That sucks! Where do you work? I work at a grocery store, so I can feel the being on your feet all day thing.

Someone I know about, but have never met, and respect their work immensely, took his life this morning. Very sad

Fucking hell my apartment is an inferno right now. Can't open a window because it's just as hot outside as it is inside and I live (literally) right next to active train tracks.
The building doesn't have air conditioning all year either. It's stuck on heat now. I have never gotten the chance to use heating. Just give each unit the choice to use warm or cool!
