did you have extra testosterone? send me some, or it's not fair. (i really just wanna do less than i already do and achieve more)
Sigh such a common misconception. LOL.

Testosterone does NOT make you have to work less. In fact, I've worked harder than ever since taking it. Now there are other drugs that you can take that aren't legal that will give you great results without as much work, but they all yield risks. Test has relatively low risk involved. Aside from raising your estrogen levels and causing gyno (man tits). Luckily for me, I'm not susceptible to the sides. I take a low grade estrogen blocker to knock it down from time to time, but I've never had issues. After a year, my levels were only slightly elevated.

Also, so you know. Everytime I take a shot I gain 2-3 lbs of water. I shit you not. Then it drops off a day or two later. It's fucking annoying. So it's harder to lose weight.

The chocolate milk is not horrible in moderation but there's a lot of bs surround around it. People actually think it's a good thing to have after a workout. Quite the opposite. It's loaded with shit sugar (organic or not) and causes abdomen distension, which I truly believe takes away from growth as you're removing blood flow from the muscles and redirecting it to your gut.

I think that isolate proteins are the best. They are lactose free normally and don't cause the bloating or sour stomach.

Of course there's studies that support both sides. I just think dairy in general is shit. I mean we are the only species on the planet that doesn't get weaned off the teet. Know what I'm saying? :)

Milk rules.
I'm cutting out the chocolate/Milo part to slow down my dad/boddening process.

How many pull-ups is enough?
Just as a philosophical quandary to pose.

Enough for what? LOL. I can't do pull ups unless I weight like 180. So I do lots of lat pulldowns. Way more effective for me. Or assisted pull ups.

I dunno. Let's say 8. That sounds like a good number. :) hahaha

I'm down 4lbs from yesterday. From 224 to 220. Am I winning already? ;) LOL

I have probably 10 lbs of excess water right now, so it's going to go fast at first. hahaha

(looks up kg to lbs conversion)
(looks away)

105 kg...but I am about six and a half feet tall. Or...almost 2 meters. Fitness be damned.

BRO! I don't math! How many lbs is that? LOL

I'm down in weight. Hehe. But now I have a different goal in mind. I decided to do a show...in 14 weeks. Soooooooo hard cutting time. I'm in week two and down like 15 lbs. My scale is fucked up or I'd have a more accurate number. Gotta get my good one out of storage. Long story. But I'm seeing striations in places I normally don't see until in the 180's. This is going to suck ass! I'm trying to make a 176 weigh in. I want to stomp the shit out of everyone on stage. I have way too much muscle to do this, but I'm going to do it. It's all suffering. But I love it. I'm a sick fuck.

Sigh. I feel better losing weight anyway. I fooled myself into thinking I was done. It took 10 seconds of talking with my business partner to decide I wanted to do it.

OH! And Phil Heath will be the guest poser! Super excited about that!

Bro. My scale was wrong. The batteries are fucked up. I've lost 20lbs in less than 2 weeks. I'm sure it's mostly water, but wow. I did not expect to lose that fast. I actually am really shocked. I mean, I guess oh well. lol

Peanut butter and jelly will pack on more pounds than milk. Man fuck milk. :)

Down 28 lbs. I was stalling for a few weeks there. Fucking bastard water weight and shit. I'm down to 198 right now. Hah. I'll feel better when I'm a 195, then I'll be within striking distance of my stage weight.

I tend to hold onto fat in my back more than anywhere else. It's really annoying. Mostly in the scapula (shoulder blade area) and Low back. I'm not holding a lot, but it's there.

I almost wonder what weight I'm going to end up. I have to hit 176 for the stage, but that means I'll probably weigh in a 170-171 to be safe. I may actually have to sacrafice muscle this time. Whatever. lol

So what diet are you doing, out of curiosity? I ate a bunch of gross (read: great) stuff this weekend while I was visiting my friends in LA and want to get back on a decent program. I'm 6'3, 195 at the moment—I feel a lot better when I'm at 185.

I tried the Tim Ferris Slow Carb thing and wanted to murder people after about two days. I don't even really eat a ton of carbs... it was more the dairy thing that really fucked me up. Anyway, I didn't find that diet very appealing because although you get a cheat day where you get to gorge yourself with whatever the hell you want, I'm really not a fan of gorging myself.

Obv sounds like the shit you're into is really hardcore, but I'm curious as to what you might recommend to someone who's looking for just some generally sensible/healthy upgrades. FWIW I jog a few times a week and do Vinyasa flow yoga usually once or twice as well. Looking to increase both of those...

Should also add that I think chocolate milk is the nectar of the fucking gods.
