YOU SUCK

You should read my review of the new Radiohead album...

After only three days of working third shift, I'm tired of being asked "what time it is for me." It's the same time for me as it is for you! The fact that you eat a meal called "breakfast" in the morning that is restricted to certain foods is entirely your decision, not some magical 11th commandment.

Also, I wish I wasn't getting my first check in two weeks. My amp needs tubes NAOW, dammit!

It's actually weekly, but since I just started, there's a week gap before I get my first check. I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I guess there's a chance I'll get it next week, but I don't want to get my hopes up.

thought i should share some WISDOM/STUPIDITY FROM MY BUSINESS HOMEWORK

"While free market, free enterprise economies have flourished in the United States and other developed countries, its antithesis, an economic system planned and controlled by the state, has never succeeded in bringing sustainable prosperity to those countries that have tried them.

Either research and/or ask your parents, grandparents, or other elders to describe for you how the state controlled economies of the Soviet Union (and the countries of Eastern Europe when they were under Soviet domination) resulted in, among other things, greater shortages of consumer goods, inefficient and out-of-date factories, and poorly built housing. After you have completed your research, compare and contrast from your perspective the differences between our free market economic system and that of the old Soviet Union."

this book has one sentence paragraphs down to a fucking science.

What the fuck...

Winamp won't play anything. However, if I look at my last.fm, it says I'm listening to the song that Winamp is refusing to play even when I hit "play".

The thing that's really stupid about this is that it says that researching credible sources is equal to asking anyone who is older than you. The ramblings of one annoyed, doddering old Russian expatriate is not equivalent to say, an objectively written, thoroughly researched book or even a Wikipedia page. I'm looking at you, Ayn Rand!

Shouldn't this be in the happiness, etc. thread? Unless you're bummed you hadn't listened to it by now.
