lol. i mispoke! mis... wrote? i had a white Lyra back in the day, didn't give it the love or approach she deserved, moved it. ordering a new one today, don't have one right now.

Ah, I probably just misread! In that case, I like the sleek black one the best, but if you’re picking between the green and pink, I’d still say pink

it's so weird. usually i loooooove pink. especially with black accents. but i keep getting a blegh feeling from the pink pics.
my first look visceral reactions were pink looked cheesy, minty looked ENTICING.
think i'm going to follow my gut brain.

lol. panicked at the last second and ordered the pink version. then was doing dishes and there's a bowl from Ikea we have the exact same color. and... i... kinda hate that color. emailed to switch to the mint.
lol. so much worry about something i'll probably end up reselling in a few months. i'm SMART.
might have pre-ordered an Enner as well.

Logged in to see if eurorack liquidatiooooon means what it looks like and I guess it does! Glad you switched to the green also, that is the one shade of pink I like least among all others.
I’m thinking of downsizing my euro too and using more of a hybrid set up with some Expert Sleepers jawn and a laptop at the center of the action, but right now it’s only thoughts, I’ll see what is practical to let go of. I’ve devolved into a person who doesn’t make music but has a big collection of gear that ticks off the feature boxes in case I needed them to make music, trying to change that, haha.
Good luck with the sale and all!

thanks! it's going well.
yep. downsizing to just effects in euro. makes more sense in my setup now.

Any thoughts on Cloud Terrarium? Kind of intrigued by it. Might want to get one + erica sample drum instead of Rossum Assimil8or... Would cost about the same and more easy to find. I know these options are not giving me the same thing but...yeah...
I also might have found a Control Forge, should be reserved for me until next week when the guy have time to ship it
Oh and I made this today after work. Nothing too crazy but I dig the vibe. Chords are Virus C sequenced by nerdseq. Drums from Nerdseq and General CV.
Might want to start using my girlfriend's camera for videos instead of a simple picture

Anyone need a Blck_Noir, General CV, Hertz Donut MkII, Xtreme filter...?
Ordered a AJH entropic doom, AJH Gemini and as I said before trying to sell a module or two to buy a control forge next week
Might have to delay that last one if I can't sell a few more things tho...

Thanks!
Yeah the HDmkII is great but it did not bring me as much fun as I thought.
For the entropic doom there is a good video from Dziam Bass and one from dreamsofwires. That channel (dow) along with a few divkid videos made me want some ajh stuff for the more simple "east coast" things to add to the more complicated rossum modules I want. The R-eq looks really fun too but I've spent more than enough for this week
Also found a used Ajh V-scale on reverb
Should make life easier for oscillator tracking and I also did not even have a buff mult so that's finally done
Oh and did another little track. (And with video this time! Shitty phone camera cause I can't figure out why my girlfriend's camera sd card don't show pictures or videos I take ). Again, Mob of Emus as two oscillators. Used Quadraverb for reverb
GF's phone - it's probably the wrong format for whatever vidja app you're using. MP4 isn't supported without conversion in a lot of free video editors. there's a freeware converter that's good, can't remember the name, will look when i get home if you want.
very pretty! i also like the slightly distorted (wavefolded?) line coming in near the end.
boof. got in my Lyra 8 and LXR-02.
Lyra - minty green was DEFO the way to go. super pretty.
LXR-02 - sounds so good, hellza fun to program, need to read through the manul real quick. Erica is... interesting in their UI choices. most of it is very intuitive and quick, but the weirdest way of doing things are usually the most important. like. SAVING. and it's not the button presses that are complicated, it's the thought process behind the save structure. not a deal breaker, just something i always need to go over and play with to make sure i get it all straight in my head meats before i make something i like and lose it.

Congrats on the LXR and Lyra!
Thanks! I meant that my girlfriend has an Olympus camera but I don't understand why I see every photo she took before on the sd card but when I try, I see the photo or video I take on the camera's library but not on the sd card So I used my phone instead.

ah. that is probably a setting on the camera itself. you could always hook up the camera to your computer over USB? should show up as a hard drive then?

Hmm good idea I'll check it out. If I can't figure it out I'll get her involved she might know
first playaround with the Lyra 8 and LXR. there's some stuff in the LXR that is awesome, some that is odd and/or annoying. neeeeeed to upload the newer firmware before i complain about those though.
