I'm kind of dreading the amount of dishes and laundry that needs to be done after I get off work tonight at 6. I'd like to get some building done, but I'm almost positive these dishes will take an hour or two at least

It took a decade but I finally started washing dishes after using them, or at least the next morning...washing a huge pile of dishes blows.

Yeah. I washed my dishes directly after meals while in college, but the past few days have been so busy that after my fiance cooks I didn't get around to the dishes. This is only 2 days worth of dishes, but it's filled the entire sink and there are some on the stove as well. We loaded as much as we could into the dishwasher, but there are still that many :( oh well, her cooking is TOTALLY worth it.

My silly cat won't let me practice in my practice space. he sits outside and cries for me. I can't let him in because it's an attic and he goes and plays in the fiberglass insulation and probably pees back there. It's impossible to get him out when he sneaks in. Dumb cat, I love him,but he's not letting me use all this free time I have :(

I'm nervous. Kate and I have been at each other's throats since she got back, and we are sitting down later today to talk about our wants from the relationship. I've been trying not to dwell, and to really think about what I want, and how I can help accommodate her wants, but I'm afraid that I'm going to lose my best friend in this.

I think that we're going to be fine, she's been talking to me all day, and she hasn't avoided saying she loves me or anything, but we've discussed that it's a possibility that our wants might not work. I'm just trying to destress and catch up 2012 music that I didn't listen to, until she's ready to meet up later.

I don't want to lose my best friend, guys :(

(Aside: I also started taking an over the counter sleep aid, because I'm not sleeping enough recently. It helped today, because I actually feel rested for the first time in forever, and I woke up in a much better mood. So, hopefully that will help, because I turn into a childish ass hole when I'm overtired like I have been.)

urg. i do you one better. i got stupid and used my audio pc for torrents, that thing is a MESS. i'm backing up the files i need and reinstalling. but it's so buggy that opening a folder and dragging a folder over, or making a new folder, or anything that's not a consecutive identical process takes about 4 minutes to resolve and start. ALMOST done backing up. then i'm wiping it and starting over.

i have a cheap laptop set aside for just torrents. one i could give a FUCK if i have to wipe and reinstall. keeping evarrrrythang separate from now one. like i shoulda from day one.

BLEUURHAHHFHGGHLES.

my PowerBook is on its last legs--i really need a new HD but i only paid $200 for the thing so it's kind of silly--and thus even editing audio files chops the HD INTO LEETLE PIECES <insert Gilmour slide riff HERE>. i'd be terrified of the consequences should i torrent on this poor thing...i'd wind up with more directory errors than the Jersey Shore White Pages.

lol. i don't think it's about being fragmented. it's a bit virus'd'd' out. when they get this bug-fuck'led i'd rather just wipe the fucker and start over. i hate doing ass loads of debugging and trouble shooting. would way rather just blow it. the fuck. UP.
