Big Pimpin' Davud at Nice-Racks got my studio mixer rack done and shipped, ridiculously quick for a custom order, and looks so. damn. GOOD. -
should have it at mines Wednesday or Thursday.
enough room up top for the mixer and a 1u blank for channel labeling, right now just a power supply, patchbay, blanks for labeling, and a rack shelf to hold patch cables on the front. room to add something if i want later.

pretty!
needs to be more pink though.
pink > purple.
sorry.
pink = love.
purple = bruised, bent, abused things.

So do I!
(behndy, I love pink & purple equally! OK, well, not quite equally. Purple is a little better. Pink is right behind it though.

light... purple... that's basically... pink? for the win?
so far, after like.... 24 minutes with it (and having read the 28 page thread on it's update/feature upgrade process) i loooove the Black Sequencer. feels like a fleshed out, completed version of what FLXS1 should have been.

So I decided I wanted to trying out a smaller case for a while. For me that’s a 6U 104 case. Ended up buying a Quadrax and Vortices to round out functionality and utility. I’m pretty excited to play around with this, and inevitably change modules around. Though, I’m already finding I miss Metron for easy trigger sequencing.

Assimil8or
Only waiting for my castor and pollux and Blck_noir. I'll have a bit of space left to buy other modules (like attenuators and mixer) soon. I also have a 84hp doepfer case which is not shown which gives me even more space to grow my system. No place on the desk tho
Layout is a bit weird and not as planned because the bottom row of thw trogotronic m202 case is a bit shorter and does not actually fit 100hp like it should. Had to put the xtreme filter there to solve the problem (alot less wide behind the faceplate than it looks) and fit 100hp, and I wanted all the doepfers together
Edit: btw the doepfer xtreme filter is freaking insane for screaming distorted glitchy sounds

I finally found a 7U case so I have that + 2 Quadratts + Noise Tools and the output module coming.

I can’t recommend Assimil8or enough. It’s all my oscillators, plus some percussion, plus the random samples I’m using. There’s some things it can’t do in the oscillator department, but with the samples I do have, it’s stopped me from getting quite a few oscillators.

I really want one but can't really justify it as I already have Blck_Noir for drums, General cv for dums and other stuff like piano sounds and enough oscillators (rings, Mob of Emus, Castor and Pollux). I also really need more mixing and attenuation... and maybe a third filter ?
Maybe in a few months

Sorry for the double post but anyone has experience with SDS Digital Reflex Liveloop? Just saw this module for the first time and it looks quite powerful. I wonder how it compares to Tyme Sefarie or Morphagene...
