Super excited that my band has two shows this weekend. One at a legit venue and one house party. Shit's gonna be fun.
And I am almost done with a paper that was stressing me out. All the hard work is done.

They *could*, but I guess noone is that much of an arse. But if the neighbor would not have liked my playing he could make my life harder by ringing at my door, complaining to the landlady or after a certain hour in the night even calling the soundlizei to make them stop me. Glad he did like it, he even wants to jam as soon as he's settled in. I was also impressed he knows what a gamelan is. Usually people don't know zilch about music.

When I was a kid, I would go to my friend's neighborhood pool frequently.
One time, I got a soda from a vending machine.
It gave me what I asked for, plus an empty but unopened Sprite can.
I was very confused.
Ever since then, I always hope vending machines will give me extra prizes.
Never had any further luck.
