try writing down what you believe, and at one point you'll get to the bottom of the belief.
just ask yourself "what would I have to believe to feel so and so", and dig around. works charms.

Sick as shit this morning. My fiancé had a sinus infection and blessed me with a cold this holiday.
Had to load the entire car myself for Christmas this morning, 4 households full of presents while she made coffee. I'm bitching, whatever. I feel like shit and want to to to sleep.
Getting used to this whole fiscal responsibility thing while everyone else seems to be jumping on holiday sales is hard. Guess its part of growing up.
