Depending on what you want....some laptop things appear to be 50% off. Drum and backpack stuff is 40%.....I dunno....it's not done by percentages but by prices.

I got a PT2 case for $132 and then a wallet for $37.50....paid $15 for shipping. So I guess it ranges from 30-50%.

I've seen several bass gig bags in the classifieds of TB, though.

I'm interested in what your opinion of the wallet will be...mine is reaching the about-to-fall-apart stage in its life and for some-odd reason I can't find a replacement option that looks good (that, and I usually have a habit of buying not-normal wallets...).

- edit - Warwick Rockbags...best inexpensive gig bag around. I've picked up two of them at GC for $30 each, but A) you usually have to ask if they have any lying around (both of mine were leftovers from people who wanted a case rather than the bag the bass came with), and B) you have to go to GC.

The Dingwall gig bag is pretty decent. I have another one that is alright.
Those Monos though, look good and are a bit of a step up in protection. If I get a more expensive Dingwall soon, Mono all the way, just for that extra protection. The band loads everything into a van for shows and I don't want to worry about my bass.
I have to get Behndy's Pussy Power before I can think about a Mono.

I just got a mono dual bass bag off talkbass last week. My basses aren't super expensive but my last bag was pretty torn up after a year of regular use and I'm going to start carrying bass+baritone for one band. I hate hard cases and wanted a bag that would carry two and not fall apart.

Thinking about picking up a pt-pro case and one of those guitar tick things on that sale but I just emptied the last of my gear fund for the moment on a big muff
