I stopped using iTunes for Rdio, for music as least.. I used to be religious about syncing my iphone and stopped doing that, too.

I just use it to sink up stuff but it is just part of a issue I am finding with a lot of new/updated programs which is everyone seems to think making COMPUTER programs work like ithing apps is a good idea, which I isn't. Why the fuck would anyone want stuff to work in a more compact arrangement with less actual control over what the program does. I feel like everything is backsliding.

it's a dumbing down process. notice how hard it is to find out what, spec-wise, is actually going ON when you have options like Voice Enhancement Control on a BluRay player (is it compression? is it squashing everything to a smaller frequency range? or just spikes?), or when a cloud backup or if you have multiple devices sync'ing to the same acct.... the average person is ok with that?

i hate that SPECIFICS of interactions are occluded.

yep.
Dumb it down so it takes you twice as long to actually use correctly...

By "thanksgiving food" you mean, food on thanksgiving?

Fuck Charlie Murphy.

And fuck people who reinforce negative stereotypes.

Had to go to the E.R. this morning. Looking at what I can sell in the event my shitty insurance laughs and flips me the bird. Probably sell the '64 Gibson LG1 first.

Half the time I come here to vent my frustrations, the person before me has something way worse.

My roommate has the the most obnoxious friends. I have to hide in my room with headphones on way more often than not. Feels like I'm subletting from strangers or living in a hostel or something. :grumpy:

I have to do the same when my roomate has people o ver. They are the epitomy of what I do not like about people.

Went out to have a smoke last night and my neighbors brother was over and asked for a a cig so I gave him one. Eventually started begging me to let him suck me off. Not in a forceful way but he would not fucking take no for an answer. Really awkward and uncomfortable situation.

I've put off practicing (or coming up with) a presentation for my Spanish class tomorrow. The length isn't a problem. But I have no idea what to actually say.
Nobody wants to hear about debt slavery in Spanish. Especially not when it's incoherent. Blahhh.

On the bright side, this may well be the last thing Spanish I have to speak for education purposes.
