Ok - I have to say here, that Cody_Pole seriously went above and beyond for me. He's a seriously stand up guy, and a great example for all traders to aim for.

Not the best transaction with destroyerjazz... Slow shipping (pedal also never listed as sold on ILF after I paid for it which fueled my concern around the slow shipping). This I could have lived with and shrugged off, if it hadn't finally arrived broken 
Doesn't work/produce sound and the momentary foot switch sticks and won't release. It's only $40 and Ohnoho has a lifetime warranty so I'm going to send it to them to see if they honor the warranty.
Anyways, be advised...
