Yeah when i saw Unsane with the melvins their guitarist played a gold standard egc (probably one of Buzzos) and he did the whammy neck thing with it to pretty great effect.

I have also done the same when I owned an EGC. Worked just fine.

It's easier to forget about it when you're not told it's a week away over a month ago. It's awfully annoying. It better be absolutely perfect when it's finally (if ever) done.

It's done! 
Made some slight spec changes during the build process, got metal pickup covers and a black pickguard instead.
