Started the Mack McCormack book on Robert Johnson, so I'll probably be looking up some things that'll end up here.
Like, first off, there was a parenthetical mention of the incredibly-named bluesman Peanut The Kidnapper, who I'd somehow never heard of before.

For a guy that seems to have recorded a lot, I'm not very familiar with Peetie Wheatstraw. (Maybe I was buying the wrong compilations back in the day? I can only find one track in my collection.)

For me it is.
I can't see embedded vids. It may have something to do with my browser, Flash, the forum software or some combination thereof?

yeah, i used to be able to see embedded videos. now, using chrome on Android phone, Chromebook, and Windows 11 lappie, nada
