I listened to several songs of hers. I can't get into it. I don't dig her voice but I'm glad she's expressing herself. Basically, who cares what I think is what I'm saying. lol.
I'm digging the new High On Fire album (newish I guess). Pretty damn good. I think I originally said I hated it. That's what I do though.

He's a good curator for new releases with signed and unsigned bands....but I just wish he would ask permission from unsigned bands first. It's so easy to do and I'm sure most would say "sure, just put this or that into the descrip/links field plz"

I was obsessed for two or three weeks. Haven’t gone back to it lately, but yeah, it’s ducking great.

A buddy emailed me that there's a new Josephine Foster album out, and I'm listening to it right now. It's seriously good. If you like weird folk, check it out. It's called Faithful Fairy Harmony.

Not had chance to check out the new YOB album yet, really need to. I will get it either way but is it like, not good? Different to the stuff they recorded years ago?
Currently working through the box set of John Zorn's 3rd Masada songbook. The SC3 disc is typically amazing, the Cleric disc was pretty good but overall this is a yummy release.

Yob isn't hugely different. It's not not good at all, it's quite good, but I'd agree with others that it's not their best record.

Well good Yob is still better than most so I'll definitely pick it up soon then.
