i'm not so sure about that. but if i want to grow as a musician i have to spend less time lusting over gear.
Just wait till you get to the point where you only care about gear for your musical needs and hate buying new gear.. :grumpy:

Ophobe doesn't want to admit he spent the last 6 months mastering the art of hair braiding.

You could call him a masterbraider

O Phobe learned to masterbraid to photos of female hairstyles.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.

Our baby is currently in the "your face is so interesting, let me grab it!" phase, which is not great with my beard being grown out and wearing glasses.

My glasses have already been broken. Will go to the optometrist next month and probably get contacts and then order two or three pairs of cheap glasses online some place.

Forgot to add some extra big shout outs for a few rad people that deserve mentioned:

Vidret - Funny guy. Amazing job with BILF this year.

Echorec - Always maintaining a good thread on new gear so I don't have to look hard myself. Bonus for the coupon cutter thread too so we can snag that new gear for under street price.

Laowiz - Made a rad custom pedal for me via DoS for Secret Satan. Rad pedals in general.

Odontophobia - Bonded over some rad geekery, and putting my arm back on.

Waltdogg - Rallying people together to help out PeteeBee when he needed it the most. Such a touching moment.

Velvet Hammer - Your soft velvety touch is only required once in a while, but kudos for keeping it sheathed until it is really necessary.

Fuzzhugger - Appreciate maintaining this place over the years, because if not none of this is even possible.

General shout outs to all the people that participate in the ILFcasts, all the builders that participate, and even everyone else that posts more than the "look at me/what I bought/my demos."

So, I've lurked here off and on for a while.. Started participating more because this place just seems to be a lot more fun and has a stronger sense of community than I've experienced before.. Just wanted to say that

neonblack
Inconuucl
chankgeez
betteroffshred
Sharktooth

have been especially friendly/inviting/welcoming and I hope I can contribute more in the future. Even when people are shit slinging (already doing my history research/stalking), it still seems like everyone either gets along or at least understands that someone else may not be for them but is still an important part of ILF. Here's to hoping for a love filled year.
I, myself, am a shit post
