This is from a 2003 Skateboarder mag (the Jason Dill Interview, go figure), and remains my favorite skateboarding photograph ever. I need to frame my mag copy before it falls apart.

I tried as a teen and couldn't at all but I bought a board online last summer and have been teaching myself in the parking lot at my work on my lunch breaks and around my neighborhood/driveway. I fucking love it. I'm comfortable cruising around, stopping, turning etc but can't really do any tricks besides tic tac and really baby ollies yet. I fucking ate shit hard at work the other day trying to ollie and torn my palms up pretty bad haha.
