A custom ONE-OFF build...called the AΩ-Synth.
what relationship does it have with the AB- Synth?
I still have a great desire for an A/N MK IV MOD III seismological event actuator.
in a Navy gray case with removable top. dials and meters , a Richter scale glued inside the top and maybe a paper print out of squiggly lines..
MM

Start with an AB-Synth, and add:--a Gain Reducer / Oscillation Trimmer (gates oscillation).
--a Tone Control (bypassable by toggle).
--a Diode Switcher for another (louder, clearer voice).
--a second fuzz mode, less overdriven/gainy than the standard AB-Synth mode.
psst...expect to one last -Synth available sometime in the future...MM--I'll hook you up!

I'm pretty sure Tom would have a go at building that!

For anyone bothered by it (I did get one email complaint), it was done as an acknowledgement of Spec's studio work...cause, the name Great Wall was partly inspired by the "Wall of Sound" technique that he pioneered. So there you have it--the only reason I was into doing the graphic when I got the custom request. Lets distinguish between studio work and personal life!
Anyway, I just tried it out on a vertical standard Great Wall:

I love that graphic.

The second footswitch (and middle knob) control a unique oscillation mode.
It's more droney/solid-note oscillation than the AB-Synth, but very versatile, like the Arc Flash's standard mode! It can also get squelchy and squealy, as the oscillation can be gated and altered with the gain control.

I like this graphic.

Another winner. Is the image of the circuitry inside? For some reason it made me think of Nigel Tuffnell's T-shirt explanation in Spinal Tap...

So, Mr. Tomsta, you take custom orders? I guess I never noticed

Oh well.

Glad you like that one, guys! I'm really digging it. Very different look than usual!

I might try that inverted on white, too.
