Man, I know DBA catches tons of build quality shit but I've owned almost every pedal they've made and currently rock a Soundwave Breakdown, Robot, Echo Dream, KKF, Apocalypse, and soon the Sunshine 'verb and I've only had one issue with a switch going bad in all the years. Oh, and an ED with clock noise but that was just the design in extreme settings, not a flaw. I'm not saying the soldering or the guts look nice, I'm just saying mine don't break any more frequently than any other pedal brand I've owned.

That fact along with the lifetime warranty alleviates my concerns. Plus those guys handle any repair, no problemo, doesn't even matter if you got it used and/or dropped it down a flight of stairs like a dumbass, they'll still fix it for free.

Finally, considering the KKF was $150, 'verb $200, and Echo Dream 2 price came down from $450 to $275, their prices are finally getting less ridiculous so I don't have much to complain about with DBA now days. I actually LOVE what they've been doing and I've ALWAYS loved their kick ass aesthetic.

Oliver handles stuff when he's around but Matt Conboy generally handles all customer service stuff/email and some building. He's actually the one who came to Oliver and suggested getting a production line in place years ago. Before that, it was pretty much all custom work with crazy timelines and labor investments. Not profitable basically.

I'm excited about this verb. I might have to pick up an ED2 to pair it with, I feel like I would be pretty set with those two and a big muff

Would cover a shit ton of ground for sure.

You should borrow my original Echo Dream skully, check it out and do a couple mods while you're at it, fuzz footswitch and maybe master volume......
