HHH Strats.
signature-model guitars that make a likeable design uglier and more expensive, e.g. the Synyster Gates Schecters.
lack of semi-hollowbody basses...where are the EB-2/Starfire clones?

Active pickups. They just sound dead to me. And on top of that having to replace the battery. I know some people like them, but for me personally, my hate.

As far as i know, Zombie and Dead Throne are both after they started exclusively fenders. They might have JB's in the bridge, but still. I loved going to see them and seeing a Jazzy on stage :thumb:

Same here. I knew they were using JMs, but I was really surprised to see him use a Mustang.
Also, man do they have some red hot First Acts.

Wait there is a strat that actually makes you sound like David Gilmour? Hmm so then the only thing stopping people is they actually would have to play like him... poor little blighters...

Please don't hate on Gilmour. I like actually liking all of you. I wouldn't anything to get in the way of that.

Not hating Gilmore at all, I love him. But as you know no amount of gear will really make you sound like anyone else... even if you can actually play exactly like another person... which is..

I'm not a fan, but I don't hate.

The pursuit of Vintage-ness as divorced from any real, quantifiable, even remotely describable quality that one should seek.
