The POG line deals in octaves, the MicroPog being the most limited of the bunch. The Rainbow Machine produces pitch shifting harmonies + delay + oscillation/magic.

it seems like the difference is that this one is more likely to give me a raging boner.

Raging boners seem likely.

yeah, there use to be a mod where you could have all the digitech exp pedals in one pedal with a chip of some sort. I don't think the guys who started it do it anymore, but that was neat.

but it was neither pink nor did it have rainbows. Not even mentioning there is not a magic knob.

This may be the first time this has happened. It literally went like this. "Oh sweet, the Rainbow Machine video is up. WHOAAA WHOAA. I think I'm gonna buy it." Video ends. Click. Checkout. Bought.

Just got to check the demo for the first time. Think this is going to kick my memory boy off the board...and it's going to look so sexy right before my diaster transport.

here's my theory on the Rainbow Machine. sit back and watch until impulse buyers realize they have no use for it and flip it. i swoop in to save the day and relieve them of their magical pedal. success.

this.

no offense y'all but most of your musics don't seem to require this pedal.

so if you decide you dont need it... it will be welcome on my ocean board.

exactly. i'm not even knocking the pedal because it's an awesome piece of design, but let's be honest, it's gonna be tough to fit it into your everyday board. but the amount of people who could seriously benefit from this thing is a pretty small market. that being said though, it'll be a huge success

yeah, its a pedal for like... an anti-guitarist. and not even in the "i play with pedals more than guitars" sense. it seems to facilitate whippy arpeggiation and knob and footswitch skulduggery that just requires a really unique approach to use any other way than just accenting phrases every once in a while.
