The fact that Devi is still building the same fucking pedals herself on her bench after almost 10 years in this business, compared to the founders of Catalinbread, Malekko and Zvex, just to name them, is a proof of that.

No one expects you to make sandwiches. However, if you did and I bought one from you that was prepared and delivered later than promised and after I had already eaten something else, I'd expect a refund. Unless it was clearly stated before I purchased the sandwich that refunds were not accepted under any circumstance.

I for one was eagerly anticipating the Faye Sing and on the verge of purchasing the Driving Notion but I'm not now.
