The owner of the place my band practices at was giving me shit on sunday for using effects on bass he was saying its a crutch so I started playing some jazz. YEAH bitch I was a Jazz band nerd! and I LOVE FUZZ.

none of my comments are intended as "jokes" per se but rather as ironic observations, and all the original ones i've posted apply to me personally.

... you buy a guitar synth, you don't look at the synth patches, you go straight to hearing how bad the included digital fuzzes are in the effect section. And laugh for a half hour.

...your idea of octave fuzz begins with three minimum units mistracking off each other in a beautiful wail of ugly.

..the Ampeg Scrambler is your ideal straight ahead jazz overdrive.
