I'm sure there's more pedals that when absolutely forced to, I wouldn't be able to part with them, but off the top of my head, these are an automatic "fuck no" when it comes to selling them.

I only have the Lunar Echo and TGD remaining out of that list. So much for "fuck no".

MAMMOTHsound MAMMOTHboost, because I'm fairly certain that dude doesn't make pedals anymore, and I have no fucking clue what it actually is, except that it has a submini Russian tube inside. And, it pushes my Sunn into the gnarliest, doomiest fuzzy tone that I just can't recreate. It's like getting the growl and hard edge from a SS Sunn but with this huge tube feel.

Everything else falls well under the "never say never" rule.

LOL, those are so gone now.

So, lemme just say, Rusty Box and Rat Tail are my keepers now.

Smallsound/Bigsound Fuck Overdrive, even if I get rid of my one in a trade or something, that'll be the day I order a new one from Brian.

EHX Deluxe Memory Man w/ Tap Tempo, because it is very pretty sounding, and would be difficult to replace. I can likely say the same for the Boomerang III, as it does more or less everything I need from a looper.

I can't see myself wanting a Tremolo aside from Dr. Scientists. Or a volume pedal aside from my Colorsound.

Welp, sold the DMM recently (though I wouldn't say no to getting another someday, they are cool) and the TAFM is probably going too when I get my Algal Bloom.

Obviously trying again is a bit silly, but I think the Chk Chk Boom is a keeper for sure, even if I get a fancier feedback looper I don't see why I wouldn't keep that. Upper maybe? I do love that and I can't think of anything that could replace it.

New firm list so I can see how it goes in a year:

Chk Chk Boom
Upper
Distaster Transport Jr
DOD Octoplus (totally had this when I did the last list and never put it down, but it's such a keeper. For one thing, I couldn't get much money selling it)

Really I love everything on my board currently and don't see it changing much, but hey who knows. That stuff is more likely to stay I think.

in addition to what i said last summer:

"my old Distortion+, the TC SCF chorus/flanger, and the EMMA DiscumBOBulator (envelope filter)"

add the EQD Ghost Echo reverb. i never turn it off. it just has a perfect sound somewhere between a hall and a plate reverb that makes my ears happy. it's also hard to relate to the idea of selling my small-box Algal Bloom, which Tom custom-made for me...i haven't been using it that much lately because my EQD boxes are easier to use for the looping project, but the AB does so many things so well that i'd sooner sell three other of my fuzz/dirt boxes.

Welp........ I still have all of these pedals! :yay:

And to up the ante I'm going to add the Timeline, Space, Pitchfactor, the Pharaoh and Doomidrive. Let's bump this again in at the end of the year to see how we did. It feels good to finally start to know what I like. A handful of those pedals are "studio" pedals, so this year I will probably start looking for a few "dumbed down," less complicated alternatives for playing live.

Did sell the Fuck OD, but that's after Brian confirmed he could draw up one with the custom mods I requested. Kinda sold it prematurely since he's been a rockstar lately and hasn't had time to build mine. :grumpy:
The Skinbender is still my favourite fuzz on guitar, I've just been neglecting guitar since picking up bass.

New additions to the keeper list:
Jero Gristleizer
Katanasound Super Bass Fuzz
Lightfoot Labs Goatkeeper (currently have the V1, might upgrade)

I stuck with this even though for a good 5 months I haven't have a muff on my guitar board.
I still have 2 NYC's and a Pharoah on the shelf and just got a Box of War which is probably going on the Bass VI board.

I already had my Megalith when I made my original post but we were honeymooning so I wasn't sure.
It's lasted a year so, I'll commit the Megalith to my list of keepers.

From my old list, Plum Crazy FX Fuzzy Lady is gone... no regret (it was cool but the battery thing is not for me).
FoxRox Octron is still there, but it's a love and hate affair right now.

I have way too much keeper at the moment... will have to take a decision, there is so much thing I'd like to try.

I will say my PolyGrace is a keeper.
Even though I am on honeymoon with my Magnetar, and Megalith, I think they are staying. I also will add Faye Sing to the list (only leaves IF I get a Faye's Her). I hope I have a Timeline by the end of the year (I will).

Everything else: YOU BETTER PULL YOUR WEIGHT OR YOU WILL BE LEAVING...

Nothing I guess, except my Boss PH-2 I've had since 2000. The next oldest pedal is...my Korg tuner I think? Man that's sad.
