Haha right on, Pete, great old album! Remember the badass ending of Domination? Imagine a 10 minute chorus demo of just DUN DUN DUN... DUN DUN DUN....DUN DUN DUN...DUN DUN DUN....................DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN

we all know your pedals only get better with each new iteration — and the chosmichorus already sounds sweet ass. I'm not sure what you've got to prove. but be sure to record the demo in stereo

This weekend I put together the first proto pcb and build, it still has some idiosyncrasies to sort out and I was crazy to think it was gonna fit in a 1590BB, but otherwise, it went pretty well!
The proto pcb:

I was thinking this would fit into a 1590BB, same size as the other versions of the CC, but it's too deep, it needs the 125BB size box. So I just built it on the pcb, which is a better idea anyway since I need to experiment a lot with this board.

It works and sounds great and now I just have to do some fine tunings and get a proper box!
Amazing work! I cannot wait to get another Cosmichorus!
Little update, still working on the next prototype pcb.
I added a little pcb pushbutton switch to change the one expression jack from CV control input to manual foot sweep with an expression pedal. The other jack will be for rate. Otherwise I've just been tweaking the delay ranges so that all 3 toggle settings are useful, I don't want to have one that is too weird our out there for this version. And balancing the flippin background noise with the sound quality, the toughest part of making a chorus pedal in my opinion.
I bet we'll do a double round of zombies first, every store is gonna want one and 125 probably won't be enough. I think there's a few classic finishes we'll want to do... the green galaxy, the home sweet home, space invaders...
I'm working on the new CC lots this week... still lots of tweaking to do, I'm not quite as far along as I thought I was. I found a lot of 18V issues last night...

A cosmic black and silver finish to fit my board please!! Don't know what is happening, but all my pedal lately are unfinished or black?? And my board look great that way.
But for real, do it the way you want it to be...
