Second.
I had a musket v2 and I much prefer the blunderbuss side of my SST. Definitely quieter than the regular Musket.

for sure the RRR is definitely brighter and less ambient sounding. In fact I run the RRR first so I

Sweet. This makes me feel more confident in hunting down a Boost RVB instead of lusting after the RRR. Danke

& damn it, will some company make a LPF in a wah enclosure please?

Got the Second Voice today. Jammed it for about an hour. Realized I must've gotten rid of it for a reason. Really couldn't find a decent setting on bass and I must really be over gated fuzz

Picked up the Ekdahl Moisturizer from the post office yesterday, sounds awesome and I'm still getting the hang of controlling it. The lack of footswitch for it is a bit annoying, so I've got a true bypass looper on the way for that.

That's cool that you guys like it and all but that doesn't really answer my question about what the difference is.

It's louder than a regular Musket.
Brasher, bolder, brazen, mo' bodacious.
It gets some tones that're raucous and generally fall outside Big Muff territory. A very versatile dirt pedal.

Yep as chankgeez said, its as far from a muff as a muff can be, ripping tight fuzz tones.

You are not saying that Frostwave is back in business, are you?

Nope (sorry also if that was a joke and it went over my head

)
The Resonator I speak of is a non-pedal one and I've been fucking going on and on about for ages to finally give me something fun to play at home and something I can record with. I'd post a pic of it but I'd be scared someone will snap it up if I don't put a deposit on it

so I'll wait till I at least sell my Maton or something. I've been using the Fender FR-50 for about 8 years now but I'll have to keep playing it for a while yet if the weather keeps being lame on me like it is today! It said it was going to be Sunny for the first time in weeks and it's been raining since I got up

No, it was no joke. I got really exited for a second there, because I have been lusting for a Frostwave Resonator for ever. I thought you might have insider info since you are in Australia like Frostwave. (You are, aren't you?)

I was kinda lost for a second and totally misconstrued what you said
I wish brother re: the pedal company starting production
Not too sure when they're going to be back but they're definitely one of the 'forefathers' at least in Australia as far as boutique effects are concerned. Made some really cool shit most of which I've only ever seen in pedalboards. I'll be sure to ask music stores if they're aware of anything "comebacks" or anything by the guys 'cos it would admittedly be sweet for all parties concerned (I assume they'll make a little more this time as parts are easier to come by).
