I stick with the boutique stuff for the most part - Gargamel, mostly.
I do love traditional kaiju stuff, but it's iffy buying that stuff on the web,
and there's no place nearby to buy.

I do have a couple of radd MechaGodzillas, though.
Maybe partying will help.

it is a V2 actually. The head version of the Ampeg VT40.

yeah, my V4 is a Magnavox-era one, but at least it's still the original design - no MV or dreaded distortion circuit.
Maybe partying will help.

yea that V2 is also a Magnavox era Ampeg. I think they started changing stuff around 75.

I've been collecting on and off since I was about 5 or 6, so a lot of what I have has accumulated from lots of different places. I made sure to grab some goodies when I was in Tokyo a few years ago (Godzilla mask, which I proceeded to get signed by Haruo Nakajima, the man who played Godzilla from the '50s into the '70s, and some other stuff,) plus I'll usually try to snag stuff at local horror/sci-fi conventions. Since I'm living in NJ, I get Chiller Theatre twice a year, plus there are a ton of new cons popping up every year.

Lately it's mostly been posters and lobbycards though, as most people who seem to be selling toys/vinyl don't seem to comprehend that the economy is in the pooper, and they can't sell things for what they went for 15 years ago

Oh, and I have a MechaGodzilla soap dispenser. :yay:

I saw this picture of Hendrix, all he used was a wah.... And not even the Jim Dunlop Jimi Hedrix wah, just some old thing.....
Jimi didn't realise the horrible tone suck we had to listen to every time he used that wah.
