Is it a dick move to try to sell a bass for 300 bucks more than you paid for it? I'm trying to sell my Stingray Classic for 1700 and I paid 1400. They go new for way more though. I want the higher amount so I can buy this other dudes 25th Anniversary HSS 5 string. Which, funny story here. That's initially what I wanted when I was looking to get rid of my 4 string 25th HSS. HAH! So coming full circle would be awesome. Full circle jerk. heh. Jerk it.

What you paid for it is irrelevant. You could've gotten it at a yard sale for $3.50, asked for $5000 and if somebody wanted to pay that much for it, good for you.
