OKay, this is (BAM!) the story of comesect
(cue intro music)
In a garage located in Dallas Texas on the corner of a busy street formed an art collective called artscryingchildren
a field recording sound collage group based only on making living dioramas with sound collage noise art in public places.
the project eventualy died.
months later the surviving members of acc formed comesect69
living in a smoke filled room in a cat pissed broken down termite infested house
the casssettes of acc were now integrated with gear and threw heavy manipulation and arduous cut and pasting
the first cd-rs took shape and copys were to be made, handed out to everyone who might be interested
the sharing paid off when 5 different tracks of comesect69/acc where played on KXLU threw the course of a month
having RRR distribute a tiny sum of cd-rs left the group jaded and developing a messianic complex, the original founder found him self alone, delusional and addicted to cat piss and crack cocaine.
1.0 was youtube cd-r game...2.0 is gear...3.0 is the world!
and the name was a magic spell given to me by metatronatounge
