Seems par for the course. Sadly.

EGC posted that one earlier today and noted it had been designed by the customer. Not sure if he was referring to that wicked ugly body shape design or if the customer spec'd it head to toe...

EGC neck on a squier mascis body.
Also photo of my aluminium family:

I have a full custom EGC order in. But I also recently inquired about getting a couple aluminum bolt on necks for a Grabber bass and my American Standard Tele... I want them sooo bad. Cheaper and I'd figure quicker than a full guitar.

Man, I'm thinking a black pickguard would really tie that mascis together.

Agreed!
Kevin is making a black anodized guard for my Tele, you should put him to work on a JM guard as well. A brushed titanium ano guard would look sick too.

As I recall reading, that one was designed by the client, not by EGC.

I actually really dig it? Sorry to make you guys angry! That black anno trem has me hot and bothered and that chunky rear has me drooling (TWSS)

The black anodized neck/fretboard with that white binding and dots is FIRE. The body is close, but a little off to me. If it was closer to a Gretsch Corvette I would be all 'bout it 'bout it.

I love it. It's kind of like a Jag-Stang shape but better. The only thing that seems weird to me is the bolts directly on the body for the vibrato. It kind of feels like it's missing the plate that a Fender would have.
