I wish, red is annoying... The pad stopped working and I had to open it up and reseat the ribbon cable and do a factory reset... I've had it since it came out and this was the first issue...

I'm out working on/cleaning up my new workshop/jamspace, aka: The Garage. The hot water heater for the house is in here, so our landlord installed a gas heater to prevent freezing during the winter months, which she pays for. My phone says it's 16 degress outside, but it's at least 65 in here.

I feel like I need to hang up a vintage Maiden poster or something...

so the job seems to be going well. i'm discovering a talent for turning manufacturer information into blurbage and bullet points. i have to go to a SQL course in Richmond WED.-Fri. which i don't particularly want to do but which will add value to me in the company's eyes because i'll be able to fix glitches in the website's search function. maybe it'll work out after all.

Dubkitty, it's cool that shit is working out.
You should stop by the bookstore near Plan 9 in Richmond, Chop Suey. So good.

Good day today. Work was kinda dull (surprise surprise) but I got home and even though I was reluctant started doing stuff straight away. Got some stuff organised, went for a run, cooked a bomb-ass risotto. Good day. Now I've done everything I need to, am pleasantly full and still have a couple of hours left to chill, which is an unusual feeling.

Played with most of my pedals today for the first time in about a month. As much as I enjoyed the limitations of only having a couple, it was super sweet having a big board again. Can't wait to get it better organised (soooon!).
