Same thing happened to me just now. Vids are showing up as black frames.

Checked in Safari to see if it was any different, said there was a missing plugin. Then tried to update Flash in Chrome, and Adobe's site said Chrome automatically updates itself. Weird.

Yeah, I updated Flash (even though I get automatic updates). Didn't make a difference. YouTube might've changed something.
