Dat shirt is great.

I was doing normal routine today and when I was squating something popped in what felt like my hip. :(

That sucks, bro. How was your form? Were you wearing a belt? Was it normal weight or were you going for a PR? Would you like another question?

Normal form. No belt. actually 20 lbs over normal warm up weight. I actually took off the 20lbs and did 3 more sets after I did a bit of stretching. It's like I was coming down and just heard pop and I said shit and brought it back up and racked it. more questions are welcome. Hopefully I can answer them.

just sore, I have full range of motion. I actually worked out like normal today and did exactly what I did yesterday as far as weight and reps. Didn't feel anything, hell felt awesome.

Pretty good day lifting

275# Front Squat PR (hit 225# for 5, 245# for 3, 255# for 2, 265# and 275# for 1)

155# Snatch Balance PR

Then a 5x5 OHP to top it off

I've lost my mojo. Strength is shit...think it's mostly mental but I strained my arms/elbows last week somehow and every upper body lift hurts like a mofo. Dropped everything about 10% and taking another run at SL 5x5.

Starting weights:
BS 225# 3x5
Rows 155#
OHP 115#
Bench 175#
DL 275# 1x5

Reset.

+1 for joint compresses or wraps. I'm going to need to hop on that train soon because of my knees as well.

Was finally able to do 3 sets of 185# bench the other day and am back to 3 sets of 245# squats. DL is still stuck at 355# so I'm just going to do heavy singles this afternoon.

Also, I switched the sheets on my bed to much nicer ones and have been sleeping loads better. This has definitely helped my insomnia (hurr durr) so I'm hoping I'll be able to make better gainz now that I'm getting real rest.

I am using sleeves right now for my knees, not as compressed as a knee wrap. Good to help keep my joints warm

So we were pulling a 3'x5' sign out of the ground at work the other day. This involved breaking the concrete up a bit with a spear and then prying it out of the ground. My co worker, who doesnt work out but always talks about getting into it and loosing his belly, starts trying to pull it out of the ground. He quickly gives up and I come over and get in my deadlift position and yank that mother fucker out of the ground! hahahaha. Before I pulled it out of the ground he was like "your gonna bust your ass doing that!!" and "but your not wearing a belt"

Speaking of wraps, do you guys have any to recommend for both elbows and knees??
