Just about the only thing on the planet I take offence to. Genuinely insulted.

I will say we used that term and "hose bag" pretty commonly growing up before tool became popular. Also used to say "bad larry" which I don't hear anymore.

I only take offence to it because I'm English and get predictably uppity when some actual idiot calls me Canadian.
Bad larry is a great insult though, I'll attempt to bring it back here.

To stay relevant to the thread, this has been here for ages and I have no idea why someone hasn't bought it yet.

Probably, but it's a banned user's pic so IDK really, so

Wait what?

Is he banned? :wha?:

Isn't it a temporary ban because of the sexual assault thread?

Indeed.

I don't have anything else to say bout ole comsect, but this cheap n' chopped n' scalloped bass probably says more than I ever could (ft. free thumb rest!):

Woah. I'd love that except for the scallops. I mean, maybe that's cool on bass but it seems real weird. Love the chopped up peavey fashion though.

If it's any consolation, it was mostly because we were talking Traynors.

Whew, what a kerfuffle.

I suspect because it's listed and categorized as "EGC" instead of Electrical Guitar Company, like they usually are. Plus the finish is scrappy, which is probably fine but cheaper EGC's regularly come up in much better condition and cheaper, have EGC pickups, or are of a similar price and new direct from EGC.

Everything about that is a bit too much. Come to Ontario, you can get these for 360euros on a weekly basis. I also like the ebay style name-dropping title to get views, but spelled Verellen wrong and won't get any of those views. Costs $200(CAD) more than it should even without needing a recap/retube.
tbf you see the 70s ybas come up in UK/EU from time to time, just not so much the super unusual stuff. Also, Traynor seemed to have done a better job of putting out 240v amps into the wider world than even Fender did.

Back on topic, I'm guessing these are getting discontinued based on the crazy low pricing:

The Dream Reaper from Adventure Audio was only $180 yesterday. The temptation was real but I just got two dirt pedals in the mail (both affiliated with JonnyAngle in some way incidentally  ) so I can't rationalize another.

Does anyone have that pedal and really really like it?

Well that's not very American of you.
