So I got the Sovtek Muff today and the guy thought it was broken (well the jack IS broken) but I opened it up and held the board up a lil and plugged in a cord to the output and it works fine... I just have to leave the cord plugged in the output jack till I can get it replaced...

Anyway it was only $25...

Did they improve the cam with the latest generation? I've got an iPad2 and the camera was a disappointment.

Yeah they did, it's pretty solid actually. Just need a reliable way to point the camera at pedals. I've seen some solid demos with iPhones so figured why not an iPad?
I could edit everything and upload it all from the same machine, if it works, it'll be nice.

Also how do you record your sounds using iPad instruments? I still want to use Reaper so I'm guessing I'll need an adapter of some sort (3.5mm to 1/4" maybe) to plug in to my mixer.
